ergonomics

The term ergonomics is composed of the Greek words ergon (work, work) and nomos (law, rule).
The aim of ergonomics in the workplace is to create suitable conditions for people to carry out their work. In addition to the human-friendly design of the work system (e.g. room climate, lighting, workplace design, machines), the improvement of the interfaces in a human-machine system is of particular and growing importance.
