Collection: 20 criteria transparency

“Transparency” is one of the three fundamental building blocks of a corporate culture according to QET. The QET concept includes the transparency of the organizational structure, business processes and company management, namely towards employees, business partners, customers, the labor market and the public as a whole. The company and its economic activities should become “transparent” - i.e. “clearly recognizable” and “visible” - for these interest groups.
Transparency can be achieved through, among other things, regular business reports, documented guidelines, perceptible corporate identity concepts, company comparisons, communication, marketing, ratings and certifications.
