Collection: 20 criteria quality

"Quality" is a fundamental building block of a recognized corporate culture. ISO standards and business administration often differentiate between structural quality, process quality and result quality. These quality aspects also form the basis of the term used here, but are supplemented by others in the present concept.
The key to a good corporate culture includes "quality" indicators and individual criteria relating to leadership, employees, management areas, responsibility, social skills, customer orientation, product quality, knowledge base, innovations, production and improvement processes. A special focus is placed on the personal quality and value orientation of the company owners and their managers. The quality of a company as perceived on the market and by the public is another essential quality aspect of a good corporate culture.
