ICT management

ICT management is responsible for the digital information and communication area of ​​a company; it is often also referred to as IT (information technology) management.
ICT management is responsible for planning, procuring and using the ICT infrastructure, i.e. the information technology and human resources, as well as the operation of the operational (business) systems and the entire information and communication system of the company. The IT-based ICT system supports management with management-relevant information and operational employees with functions and data for handling their work processes. It is responsible for digital communication with external partners and the public.
