E03 Diversity

The goals of diversity management are:
• to create a positive overall atmosphere (working atmosphere)
• prevent social discrimination against minorities
• ensure equal opportunities for members of all groups

Since the end of the 1990s, diversity management has increasingly become a quality feature of corporate concepts. Most public tenders, such as those within the framework of the European Social Fund, now require applicants to promote diversity in their company. All large European and American companies and corporations have long been dealing with this issue, because otherwise they would not be able to win really large government contracts.
