A higher proportion of women in the company can be very beneficial: There are many positive reports about the success of mixed teams. The French philosopher Simone de Beauvoir (1908 – 1986) became a world-famous women's rights activist with her book "The Second Sex" (1949). In it she contains the following sentence: Since I do not think that woman is inherently inferior to man, I do not think that she is inherently superior to him either.
