Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are also increasingly focusing on the growing supply of well-educated women on the labour market.
A higher proportion of women in the company can be very beneficial: There are many positive reports about the success of mixed teams. Due to the shortage of skilled workers, German companies will be even more dependent on the labor of highly qualified women in the future. This applies even at the highest management level.

The French philosopher Simone de Beauvoir (1908 – 1986) became a world-famous women's rights activist with her book "The Second Sex" (1949). In it she contains the following sentence: Since I do not think that woman is inherently inferior to man, I do not think that she is inherently superior to him either.
