Terrence E. Deal is a renowned leadership expert and founder of the Terrence E. Deal Leadership Institute at the University of La Verne. He is now 79 years old and has written 40 books and more than 100 academic articles over the course of his career. He has lectured at Harvard, Stanford and the University of Southern California, among others. Allan A. Kennedy is best known for his work with Terrence E. Deal and his book The End of Shareholder Value. He is also a management consultant and former CEO of a software company.
