MM 08 Quality Trilogy

The Juran Trilogy, also known as the Quality Trilogy, is a quality management approach developed by industrial engineer Joseph Moses Juran. It begins with the thesis that any organization striving for successful quality management must execute three specific processes in sequence: quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement. This approach is considered one of the fundamental theories of quality management and made Juran a pioneer of it.
