If the company management has created functioning structures and processes and has brought successful products and services to market, i.e. if "the business is running smoothly", then the desire for change is not great. The desire to permanently maintain the positive status quo can be seen among employees who value security and stability in their areas of responsibility and in their jobs.

Everything is in flux: values, markets, national borders, currencies, technologies, forms of communication, resources, the development of materials, social structures and ways of thinking, even the climate is changing.
