The areas of responsibility of human resource management (PM) are diverse. They include personnel planning and needs assessment, personnel recruitment, personnel development, management trainees, personnel deployment planning, personnel management, personnel support and employee remuneration.
This is a particularly important segment, because the success of a company is largely determined by the optimal use of human resources. The commitment, knowledge and skills of qualified employees form the basis of a functioning company. In order to achieve excellent personnel management, you can use your own qualified selection processes such as assessment centers, or you can hire good external personnel consultants. The cheaper alternative would be to qualify someone from your own workforce for this important range of tasks through in-company training.
