T03 Corporate transparency

In Germany, legal requirements for transparency only exist for the financial sector of companies, for example in the accounting of corporations. However, the public call for transparency is becoming louder and louder. Transparency means disclosing internal company structures, objects and processes. This can strengthen trust among business partners, regular customers and, above all, potential customers. Employees' identification with and loyalty to the company is also strengthened.
