T14 Controlling

Controlling is a control and coordination concept to support the management and executive
in the result-oriented planning as well as the implementation and control of entrepreneurial activities.
A fundamental distinction is made between long-term strategic controlling (are we doing the right things?) and short- and medium-term operational controlling (are we doing things right?).
