Age Management

The term "age management" has a good chance of becoming the new key term for human resources managers. It is about older employees.
They are often forced out of working life by any means possible. This should not be tolerated, because older workers are becoming increasingly indispensable in view of demographic developments.
The key is to develop awareness of people's changing strengths as they get older. The goal is to keep people employed until they reach "normal" retirement age.
It is about more than just selective health promotion and qualifications. Older employees should be empowered to support organizational changes. They should be motivated to develop courage and to try new things. The goal is a working environment in which younger and older employees can make the best use of their skills.
